SUMMER-SEASON (Weekly)

Summer rental rates are weekly only (Saturday-to-Saturday); apply to the second Saturday of June through the first Saturday before Labor Day; are in U.S. funds; and do not include 6% Michigan Use Tax.

4 Persons (or less) - $ 1,075.00
5 Persons - $ 1,115.00

6 Persons - $1,155.00

Check-Out Time: 10AM

$400 DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO CONFIRM RESERVATION.

14 foot aluminum Row Boat (With Life Jackets) - $10.00 p/Day or $30.00 p/Week

- Lessee may use their own outboard motor (10 hp maximum motor only)

OFF-SEASON (Nightly)

Off-Season rental rates require a 2-Night Minimum; applies from May 1 to the second Saturday of June and the Friday prior to Labor Day through Nov 1; are in U.S. funds; and do not include 6% Michigan Use Tax. (Inquire for Weekly Off-Season Rate availability)

2 Persons (or less) - $ 80.00 per/Night
3 Persons - $100.00 per/Night

4 Persons - $120.00 per/Night

5 Persons - $140.00 per/Night

6 Persons - $160.00 per/Night

Check-Out Time: 10AM

PAYMENT IN FULL REQUIRED AT CHECK-IN.

Rental Policies

Lessee must be age 21 or older to rent a cottage.
Reservations will not be prepared for Post Office Box addresses. (Lessee must provide the address that exists on their valid, photo ID (e.g. Drivers License).
'Occupancy' refers to the total number of persons residing in the cottage.
Maximum occupancy of each cottage is 6 persons. (Occupancy by more than these numbers will automatically terminate the Rental and require the Lessee to vacate the property with no refund in rental monies provided to the Lessee.)
Cottage occupancy will not be permitted without the Lessee's signature on the Rental Reservation.
The key to the Cottage will only be issued to the Lessee on the Rental Reservation (no exceptions).
Proof of identification will be required at Check-In (e.g. Drivers License)
A Deposit of $400.00 is required to confirm a Weekly Reservation with Balance Due upon arrival.
All reservations cancelled after May 1 for the Summer Season will be subject to forfeiture of the deposit unless the cottage is re-rented for the full rental, in which case the deposit will be refunded - MINUS a $50.00 Cancellation Fee - within three (3) weeks prior to arrival.
$35 fee for returned checks.
Credit Cards not accepted.
