The Property
Garvin's Cottages has been family-owned and operated for over 50 years.
There is over 600 feet of shoreline; Dock; Large (sandy bottom) Swim Area; Dedicated Fish Bar for cleaning and preparing your catch for the dinner table; Bonfire Pit; and Play Area for the kiddies.
We are a family-oriented establishment, possessing rules & regulations for the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, and as a result, do not permit jet skis, pets (including by those visiting you at the cottage), or fireworks (including floating lanterns and sparklers) on the premises.
The Cottages
EACH OF THE SIX (6) COTTAGES HAVE A VIEW OF THE LAKE, AND POSSESS:
- 2 Bedrooms
(with double beds) - Full Bath
- Sleeper Sofa
- Fully Stocked Kitchen
(with Microwave, Toaster, & Coffee Pot) - Wireless Internet
- Charcoal Grill
- Picnic Table
- Electric Heat
NOTE:
Blankets, Bed linens and Pillows are not furnished.
Guests are required to bring their own blankets, sheets, pillow cases, kitchen & bath towels, (and flashlights in case of a power outage).
Units do not possess air conditioning.
